Now we are looking for a Customer support manager to join our team and help us maintain the quality of our Amazon account and listings.
What we expect from our candidate:
- English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level (position involves written communication and phone calls with Amazon support)
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon or e-commerce is a bonus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
What will you do?
- Monitor and manage listings attributes
- Communicate with Amazon support via calls and written correspondence
- Set up deals, promotions, coupons
- Generate and analyze reports
- Work with flat files to update and optimize product listings
- Create product bundles and promotional campaigns
- Address and resolve compliance issues effectively
