We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead. Our ideal candidate will play an important role in one of our key business areas, build a team of professionals who will contribute to the company's success, and be responsible for working closely with various departments and hiring managers to ensure that the hiring process is effective and aligned with the company's goals and values.

We don’t consider candidates from the IT industry.

We’re looking for a person from such industries as Customer Support, Call Centre.


Requirements:

At least 3 years in recruiting in general and at least 2 years as a Team Lead;

Previous experience in outsourcing/outstaffing companies, recruiting agencies, or experience in hiring Support specialists;

Management of 3 vacancies simultaneously;

English language proficiency - B2 and above;

Knowledge of interviewing techniques;

Experience in successful implementation of 0 strategies for building a pool of candidates from the external market and from within (understanding of the referral system);

Ability to effectively manage the ATS system, and systematize the approach to the recruitment funnel.


Responsibilities:

Managing a team of recruiters, building a team of professionals focused on results and development

Full cycle of recruitment of personnel of different levels (Customer/Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, Executive level, etc.), but the main focus is on the Senior level;

Market analysis, understanding of Support trends;

Analysis of team performance, reporting;

Resource management, including candidate search channels, and search for new channels;

Working not only with the Ukrainian Support market but also potentially entering new markets. The company is actively scaling up, so you will have the opportunity to gain strong experience in creating and implementing hiring strategies abroad, taking into account all the features and new challenges;

Organization of effective communication with hiring managers regarding open vacancies, clarification of requirements, and cooperation.
