Your future responsibilities:
Agreements:
— Reviewing, drafting and negotiating different types of iGaming software licensing agreements, NDA, NCA, Services Agreements, Novation Agreements, Marketing and Advertising Agreements etc., ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
— Collaborating with cross-funcitional teams to provide legal advice on contractual matters and risk management.
— Taking part in the negotiations with the partners (both operators and providers) to finalize the agreements balancing legal requirements with business objectives.
— Optimizing internal legal processes by developing the guidelines, improving contract management issues and ensure consistency across the team.
— Managing international clients of the company.
KYC&Compliance:
— Conducting KYC (know-your-customer procedure) during onboarding of partners (both operators and providers), including collecting counterparty document packages in accordance with our internal KYC requirements.
— Conducting of DD procedure of foreign counterparties.
— Providing full legal and compliance support.
— Drafting and amending corporate documents templates.
— Banks’ compliance legal support.
— Legal support in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by request.
— Legal support of foreign entities work.
Legal Research:
— Legal research of legislation of various jurisdictions (UA, EU, USA, Curacao, Cyprus etc.), constant monitoring of changes in legislation applicable to the company.
— Legal research of iGaming licensing requirements and regulations in multiple jurisdictions (Curacao, Anjouan, Brazil, USA, UA).

The following skills are important to us:
— Experience in a similar position at least 2 years.
— Higher legal education.
— Expertise in drafting and negotiation of various commercial and business contracts.
— Background in legal consulting, including advising in the field of Ukrainian economic, civil, labor and tax law.
— Knowledge in the sphere international corporate, contract, AML/KYC, data protection and compliance regulations.
— Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
— Ability to meet deadlines.
— Business-minded proactive approach.
— English — Upper-intermediate (background in English Law will be a plus).
