Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager! 

Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for building meaningful relationships in the digital marketing world? If so, HeavyValue has an exciting opportunity for you! We are on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager to join our remote team and make a direct impact on our company's growth and revenue.

Role Objective:
As a Business Development Manager at HeavyValue, you will be at the forefront of our mission to foster lasting relationships based on trust and commitment within the digital marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, exploring fresh markets, growth areas, and emerging trends.
- Generate leads and craft compelling cold emails to reach out to prospective customers.
- Expertly manage our CRM system to streamline operations.
- Conduct engaging conference calls with clients using platforms like GMeet, Zoom, or over the phone to promote our services and align with clients' objectives.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts with finesse.
- Take charge of accounts receivable while maintaining meticulous records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Embrace a strategic mindset, focusing on the bigger picture, and setting objectives to drive business development.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay ahead in the game.

You're a Perfect Match If You Have:
- Prior experience in media sales (a plus).
- Familiarity with media buying and affiliate marketing (also a plus).
- A proven track record in sales and business development (minimum 1.5 years).
- A solid understanding of adtech.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining multiple negotiations across various channels, such as email, Slack, Skype, and Telegram.
- Advanced English language skills (a must), with knowledge of any other foreign language being a distinct advantage.
- Upper intermediate skills with Google Sheets/Excel/Numbers.
- A strong desire and ability for business trips.

- Interview with the head of business development (1,5-2 hours, be ready to show off your skills)
