Requirements
- 1+ Year of Experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Skilled at creating and submitting invoices for various services using QuickBooks.
- Proficient in handling payroll processes, generating payroll reports, and coordinating wire transfers.
- Experienced in maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Skilled in processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Competent in generating and reviewing monthly revenue and reconciliation reports to provide insights into financial performance.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining payment templates for various financial transactions.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills for clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Handle payroll processes, generate reports, and coordinate wire transfers.
- Invoicing: Create and submit invoices in QuickBooks for various services.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage customer accounts.
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Financial Reporting: Generate monthly revenue and reconciliation reports.
- Communication: Respond to customer and vendor inquiries, ensuring smooth operations.
- Template Management: Create and manage payment templates for transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues related to payments and discrepancies.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all financial records and reports.
- Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple financial tasks with tight deadlines.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors through timely payments.
