Financial Accountant

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
 In this role, you will coordinate the quarterly stock count process, ensuring everything is accurate and compliant with company policies. You will also manage the day-to-day accounting tasks, making sure all financial records are well-maintained and up to date. Additionally, you'll be responsible for preparing monthly, annual, and special financial reports, delivering them on time with precision.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate the quarterly stock count process to ensure accuracy and compliance;
• Manage day-to-day general accounting tasks, ensuring financial records are properly maintained;
• Ensure the timely and precise preparation of monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Participate in month-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting to the head office;
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects within the General Accounting function;
• Collaborate with the Financial Accounting Manager to ensure proper implementation and compliance to Group accounting policies and procedures;
• Prepare and deliver information for both internal and external audit requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards;
• Support cross-departmental collaboration on financial matters and help drive process improvement initiatives.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Higher University degree (Finance, Accounting);
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Proficient PC user: MS Excel – advanced level, SAP – will be an advantage;
• Highly motivated with a strong desire for continuous professional growth and development;
• Prior experience with international audit firms will be an advantage;
• English - intermediate and above.

We are located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
